Do I need to install anything?+
No. It opens in your browser, and you can add it to your phone or tablet like an app. Notifications work too.
Is there a mobile app?+
Our iOS and Android apps are being prepared for the App Store and Google Play and will be available very soon. Today you can already open the panel in your phone browser, add it to your home screen and receive notifications.
Can double bookings (overbooking) happen?+
No. Every booking is checked for room and date overlaps; the same rule applies from the panel and from the website.
Is my data safe?+
Each hotel's data is kept separate. A verification code is required at login and the database is backed up every night.
How are payments taken on online bookings?+
If you wish, you take card deposits or prepayments with the hotel's own PayTR account and the money goes straight to the hotel. Otherwise payment is taken at the hotel and you post the deposit to the cash desk from the panel.
Does it work with my existing website?+
Yes. Paste the one-line code from the panel into your site; a date-picker box appears and guests are sent to your booking page.
How do I manage prices?+
You type the normal price, and for date ranges such as summer season or holidays you enter the price for those dates. There is no percentage math. A separate screen updates all rooms in bulk.
Are WhatsApp or SMS messages sent to guests?+
Yes. Booking confirmation, changes, cancellations, vouchers and arrival reminders are sent automatically. You buy message credit from the panel and choose which messages go out.
How do I collect ID details, is there a police (KBS) notification?+
You scan the guest's ID with the phone camera and the form fills itself (the ID image is not sent to the server). The daily KBS list is ready in the panel; the official KBS connection requires a separate application process with the authority.
Can I issue invoices?+
Yes. Invoices are created from bookings; with an e-Archive integration (Nilvera or Uyumsoft) they become official e-Archive invoices.
Can my staff use it too?+
Yes. There are owner, reception and housekeeper roles, plus waiter, cashier, kitchen, storekeeper and manager roles for the restaurant side; everyone sees only the screens relevant to their job.
Can I also manage my hotel's restaurant, cafe or bar?+
Yes. With the Food & Beverage module you define your restaurant, cafe and bar outlets and manage the floor plan, waiter POS, kitchen display, QR-menu ordering, stock and recipe costing from the same panel. Charging a guest's bill to their room is possible too. The module is enabled according to your plan.
Does it work with a channel manager (HotelRunner)?+
Yes. Once you connect your HotelRunner account, bookings from the channels land in the panel automatically; you see agency commission and channel source in the reports. You keep managing prices and availability in your channel manager.
Can I see my bookings in Google Calendar?+
Yes, optionally. You pick and link your Google account and bookings are written per room to a separate calendar. If you prefer not to link an account, you can add the private subscription address to any calendar app.
What if I run into a problem?+
Open a support request from inside the panel; the reply reaches you both in the panel and as a notification.
